About the Role

As a Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician, you’ll play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. From diagnostics to component refits, your skill will help deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all MET-related work, including diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, and component removal/refit

• Follow manufacturer-approved repair methods to ensure safe and accurate work

• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and inform repair strategies

• Work closely with Bodyshop and Paint departments to maintain repair workflow

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an MET Technician, ideally within a bodyshop or accident repair centre

• Solid knowledge of modern vehicle systems, electronics, and repair methods

• ATA accreditation preferred, or willingness to work towards it with our support

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

• Excellent time management and teamwork skills

• Full UK driving licence
