recruitment agency has a fantastic Corporate Tax Senior Manager opportunity at
highly regarded accountancy practice based in Sevenoaks. This is a fantastic position,
offering excellent exposure and a clear route of progression to become a
Director. Part -time applicants will also be considered.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Support Directors on complex assignments, providing technical
expertise and guidance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prepare and oversee the completion of complex client tax returns,
ensuring accuracy and compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Manage and service a personal client portfolio, delivering tailored
advice and solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Lead departmental initiatives, processes, and projects, including
the supervision, training, and development of team members.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Collaborate with other departments, clients, and Directors to
identify cross -selling opportunities and generate business leads.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Actively support Tax Associates, Directors, and non -Tax Managers,
fostering a cohesive and productive team environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Maintain up -to -date technical knowledge through courses, webinars,
and professional reading, applying insights to client needs.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Assist with tax team financials, including chargeable time,
recoveries, and billings, alongside senior team members.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support marketing efforts by contributing content, attending
networking events, and identifying growth opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Mentor and develop Tax Managers, providing performance feedback and
guidance to support their growth and career progression.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Corporate Tax Senior Manager Sevenoaks £60,000 - £80,000<\/b>
<\/div>- Qualifications and Experience: ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a strong background in corporate or mixed tax advisory/planning, gained in an accounting or tax boutique firm.<\/span>
<\/li>- T<\/span>echnical Expertise: Solid knowledge of corporate tax with the ability to handle complex client scenarios; experience with EIS, EMI options, and R&D Tax Credits is preferred but not essential.
<\/li>- Client and Team Focus: Strong communication skills, client -focused approach, and the ability to liaise effectively while mentoring and supporting junior staff.
