Hotel Breakfast Manager
For over 25 years now Smith & Western have been providing good quality, fun family dining in an authentic American Wild West setting.
We are recruiting a Morning Hotel Supervisor to join the Tunbridge Wells team on a part time basis (full time hours could be available for the right candidate) approximately 25 hours a week (7am - 12pm Monday to Friday) at Smith & Western Tunbridge Wells Hotel and Restaurant.
As the main point of contact for visitors to Smith & Western you will be a warm and friendly individual with a helpful attitude. You will be passionate about customer service, bringing your personality to work with you to offer a nothing is too much trouble service and exceed our guests’ expectations every time. The role will be assisting customers with checking in and out of the hotel, breakfast arrangements, taking bookings for both the hotel and restaurant, solving any issues, offereing recommendations on places to visits- anything to enhance our customers stay.
Sharing our passion for a warm welcome and tailored, authentic service you will have previous customer service experience, be computer literate and a great communicator both face to face and over the telephone.
