Location: Tonbridge Area Kent

The Role: Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties

• Handle transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build transactions

• Advise on shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes

• Draft contracts and oversee the exchange and completion process

• Deliver clear, practical legal advice with exceptional client care

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of service

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Residential Property Law (UK practice)

• Proven experience managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and proactive, organised approach

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

Desirable:

• Experience with shared ownership, new build, and Help to Buy transactions

• Familiarity with case management systems
