Are you a driven Property Litigation Lawyer looking to advance your career? Our client, a leading law firm in Tonbridge, Kent, is seeking a talented Property Litigation Lawyer with 2-3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their growing team.

Position: Property Litigation Lawyer
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Experience Required: 2-3 years PQE
Salary: £50k + Benefits

About the Role:

As a Property Litigation Lawyer, you will work on a wide range of property-related disputes, representing both commercial and residential clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling disputes involving commercial and residential leases
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Boundary and rights of way disputes
• Dilapidation claims, forfeiture, and possession proceedings
• General property disputes

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues on complex cases, while managing your own caseload and building client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years PQE in Property Litigation
• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential property law
• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and work under pressure
• A proactive approach to resolving disputes with a focus on client service
