Location: Tonbridge Area

Our client, a respected and growing law firm in Tonbridge, offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, work with diverse clients, and develop your expertise within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

The Role: Key Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending, and development projects

• Provide clear, commercially-focused legal advice to developers, investors, and businesses

• Support senior colleagues on complex transactions and projects

• Actively participate in business development and client relationship management

• Ensure compliance with relevant property law and regulations

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial property law (UK practice)

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions

• Proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Experience with secured lending and development work

• Interest in business development and mentoring junior staff
