Our client, a respected and growing law firm in Tonbridge, offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload, work with diverse clients, and develop your expertise within a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending, and development projects
Provide clear, commercially-focused legal advice to developers, investors, and businesses
Support senior colleagues on complex transactions and projects
Actively participate in business development and client relationship management
Ensure compliance with relevant property law and regulations
Essential:
Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial property law (UK practice)
Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions
Proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
Experience with secured lending and development work
Interest in business development and mentoring junior staff
Competitive salary: £48,000–£60,000 (DOE)
